O simple segue a formulinha sujeito + has/have + past participle e serve para falar de situações influenciadas pelo presente que ainda continuam ou que acabaram recentemente. O continuous serve para falarmos de situações que ocorreram no passado e se prolongam até o presente. Sendo assim, seguem as respostas:
