My qualifications include expertise in Special Education for students with learning disabilities, a specialization in French as a Second Language, and a focus on English Language Literacy in the Senior Division. I possess a deep understanding of linguistics and pedagogy.

My educational background includes a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa, Canada, earned in 2015. I also hold a Baccalaureate in Education from Laurentian University, Canada, awarded in 2006, and a Baccalaureate in Arts from the University of Ottawa.

1. Free First Class: To get started, I'm offering your first class entirely free of charge! This is a risk-free way for you to experience our teaching style and determine if it's the right fit for you.

2. Packages of 5 Classes: Once you've experienced the first class and are satisfied with the teaching approach, we offer packages of 5 classes at a time. This allows you to commit to a short-term program while keeping the flexibility to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

3. PIX Payment Required in Advance: To secure your place in the upcoming classes, we require payment in advance using the PIX payment method. This ensures a smooth and efficient booking process for both parties.

4. 12-Hour Cancellation Notice: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel a class. To accommodate this, we request a 12-hour cancellation notice. This gives us enough time to adjust the schedule accordingly.

5. No Reimbursements: Please note that we do not provide reimbursements for canceled classes. However, we do offer the option to reschedule based on certain circumstances, allowing you to make the most of your package.

6. Rescheduling Based on Certain Circumstances: We understand that there are valid reasons for rescheduling. If you have an emergency or unavoidable commitment, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to reschedule your class.
