performed across major cities in North and South America, collaborating with leading
composers and premiering works dedicated to him.
Alongside his performing career, Carvalho is an active educator and advocate for music
accessibility. He has taught in academic and community settings, guided students to
success in national and international competitions, and led masterclasses across the
Americas. As founder and artistic coordinator of the Música de Casa Project, he has
brought concerts, workshops, and mentorship to young musicians from underserved
communities, supported by the São Paulo City Department of Culture. His work as both
performer and pedagogue reflects a commitment to artistic excellence, innovation, and
cultural engagement.
