My teaching methodology is that learning a new language is a collaborative effort between the teacher and the student. We will discuss your goals and what has inspired you to learn English. Together we will decide which activities help you learn best. These activities can include: games, homework, pronunciation drills, reading activities, watching videos, conversation topics, and writing exercises. I had a limited understanding of Portuguese which I may use with you if necessary; however, when learning English it is best to learn it in English!
I offer a free 30 minute demonstration class. During this class we can get to know each other better, determine goals, and learn each others learning and teaching styles.
