For me, it’s deeply fulfilling to guide someone as they begin to speak with confidence, understand a new culture, or achieve a long-term goal. Language opens doors, and being the person who hands someone the key — that’s what makes it all worthwhile.
I was born and raised for a good part of my life in the United States, but it was in Brazil where I truly lived and connected with the idea of teaching. English has always been a part of my daily life, and I chose to share that by offering tutoring and working as a language monitor at a language school. During the pandemic, I also gave private lessons, which allowed me to closely follow each student’s progress.
Due to personal reasons, I had to take a break, but now I’m ready to return with even more motivation. Teaching English, for me, is more than just language — it’s about helping people communicate, express themselves, and reach new opportunities.
