Como usar than e as
Os pronomes objeto (me, him, her etc) podem ser usados depois de as e than, principalmente de maneira informal.
• She is taller than me.
• He earns as much as her.
• She doesn't sing as well as him.
No estilo formal, damos preferência a subject + verb depois de as e than.
• She is taller than I am.
• He earns as much as she does.
• She doesn't sing as well as I do.
O sujeito sem o verbo (por exemplo than I) é incomum no inglês moderno.
• He ran as fast as me. OU He ran as fast as I did. (Mais natural do que ‘He ran as fast as I’.)
