Primeiro vamos recordar de como são feitas perguntas e frases negativas:

Will+ subject+verbo...? (questions, interrogative form/perguntas)

Subject+ will not/ won't+ verbo... .(negative form/ frase negativa)

Assim podemos resolver este exercício:

a) Will Peter go somewhere at night?

b) Debra will not do everything.

c) Miguel will not invite everybody from his class to hid birthday party.

d) Will everyone work hard here?

e)  I think he will not tell you something.

Simone, você lembra qual o conceito certinho do que é o modal verb? Isto porque é a partir dele que converteremos as frases! Neste caso, o modal que você está usando é o "will" (que indica o futuro), então usaremos ele como referência.

• Para fazer uma pergunta, basta jogar o modal lá no início e depois só colocar um ponto de interrogação no fim. (por isso o nome interogative)
• Para deixar a frase na negativa (ou seja, inverter o sentido), basta colocar o "not" na frente do modal. (por isso o nome negative)

a. Peter will go somewhere at night. (Peter irá a algum lugar à noite.)
Will Peter go somewhere at night? (Peter irá a algum lugar à noite?)

b. Debra will do everything. (Debra fará tudo.)
Debra will not do everything. (Debra não fará tudo.)

c. Miguel will invite everybody from his class to hid birthday party. (Miguel convidará todo mundo de sua classe para esconderem a festa de aniversário.)
Miguel will not invite everybody from his class to hid birthday party. (Miguel não convidará todo mundo de sua classe para esconderem a festa de aniversário.)

d. Everyone will work hard here. (Todo mundo trabalhará *pesado aqui.)
Will everyone work hard here? (Todo mundo trabalhará pesado aqui?)

e. I think he will tell you something. (Eu acho que ele contará algo para você.)
I think he will not tell you something. (Eu acho que ele não contará algo para você.)

*Também é possível entender como "duro", "esforçadamente", etc.

Dica: toda vez que houver "will not" na frase é possível simplesmente substituir por "won't". Inclusive esta forma mais reduzida é o que mais aparece tanto na língua falada quanto na língua escrita.

Dica: é muito comum em português nós dizermos "vai ir", "vai fazer", "vai convidar", mas também é possível usar o "irei", "fará", "convidará" etc.

b. Debra will not /won´t do anything. 

c. Miguel will not /won´t invite anybody from his class to his birthday party. 

d. Will anyone work hard here?

e. I think he will not/won´t tell you anything.
