Make a prediction about the future. You may do a prediction about:
• The Economy
• The Elections
• The Weather
• Personal Plans
Ps: Don’t forget to use the Future Forms.
• The Economy: Interest rate is going to decrease 2%, declared FED.
• The Elections: Will Trump be re-elected in 2020?
• The Weather: I saw the weather forecast and it's going to rain on weekend.
• Personal Plans: I will be the director of this company in 5 years.
Vinicius, veja:
When we want to say what we think will happen in the future, we can either use:
will followed by the verb without to : I will (not) get up early tomorrow. / It will rain tonight.
Use will to talk about intentions and strong decisions
or
going to followed by the verb. : She is (not) going to learn French next year.
Use going to to sound more objective.
The economy is going to get better.
It is going to rain.
I will vote next Sunday.
I will learn a foreign language next year.
Espero tê-lo ajudado. At.te, tutor Miguel Augusto Ribeiro.
