A copy or an authentic speech ?

Making speeches in front of a crowd is really challenging ,isn't it ? Charismatic speakers can influence and make their listeners react at once.Some politicians sometimes have witty assistants who can write very convincing amusing speeches that make lots of people believe in their words undoubtedly.

Well,Melania Trump who has been married to Donald Trump for eighteen years,was finally introduced by her controversial husband to his supporters at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland,U.S.A. Ms Trump 's speech  was full of " striking similarities"  to Michelle Obama's speech during the Democratic National Convention in 2008 !

Was it plagiarism,a copy of some parts of Ms. Obama's speech , a coincidence ?  Her speech has caused immediate reactions on the several social media on line ,hasn't it ? Was that her purpose ? Was it a marketing strategy ?
