Most talented workers are often "hunted"

and then hired by great companies .Some

people consider headhunting an unethical

activity but many executives tend to switch

jobs several times in their careers then head-

hunters succeed in their search very quickly .

At the moment , there are many people without

jobs (jobless or unemployed)in several big cities.

People who have already got their positions

in several companies are very worried about

this recent international financial crisis . 

Several bosses and companies have been dis-

-missing not only their oldest employees but also

workers who are not well qualified to cope with

this serious crisis.
