Hurricanes ,Typhoons or Cyclones- "Monster Storms "!

Bob Dylan the famous 75-year-old singer who won the  Nobel Prize in literature in 2016 composed the tune Blowing in the Wind in which he repeated several times these words :"The answer my friend is Blowing in the wind,the answer is blowing in the wind ". Mr.Dylan  probably did not have in mind these "monster storms"which are destroying buildings ,places and uprooting trees in the U.S.A ,Virgin Islands and Mexico as well.Bob Dylan has also composed another song named Hurricane but he was not thinking of the violent storm with extremely strong winds and heavy rain .Do you know the story of this song Hurricane ?
