 In Brazil and in France these unexpect-

-ed tragedies have made people react at

once. People have cried , prayed for the

victims and could not stop thinking :

.How could it happen?

.Why has it happened?

.What can I do ?

 From now on politicians and authori-

-ties must show not only sympathy to-

-wards the victims.

They must also investigate how and why

the tragedies made so many victims and

who/what caused them to happen .

They must also provide financial and psy-

-chological support to the survivors and fa-

milies who have lost their belongings  and

relatives,don't you think so ?

 Everybody hopes that authorities will

make their best to avoid other tragedies

like these and that they may really mana-

-ge to help the victims and punish the guilty

ones.
