Mr. Alexandre's theory is that if people have a nice place to live and if they have connections and bonds with other loving people, they don't look for drugs. But if they are alone and if they don't make connections with others ,they will look for drugs to help them forget about their hard life.
Well , we know it's not that simple. Junkies or addicted people need serious treatments to get rid of their addictions !!
