Can you solve riddles easily ?

Most dictionaries define "riddle "as an "impossible" funny question which  has a clever or funny answer after a lot of thinking  .How do you feel when somebody  asks you a  puzzling question or riddle ? Are you good at solving riddles ? How can riddles make learners improve their thinking and speaking as well  ?

Lisa Winer has produced a very nice video for TED-Ed which takes less than four minutes to challenge us to find out how the animals that were caught by a huge wildfire can cross the crocodile infested river to escape the inferno and flee for their lives surviving that frightening disaster.

Watch it as many times you can and follow her suggestions to solve the riddle correctly,ok ? She has said : " If you feel / get stuck on a problem like this try listing all the decisions you can make at each point." Do you think it is a good idea or not ?
