Rising house prices and rents combined with low wage growth created the clipped wing generation.A recent british study found that in five young people aged 20 to 34 have moved back with their parents or grandparents in the past year .The main reason for doing so was the cost of housing either pricey rents or they needed to save for a deposit on a home.Thus these young people see themselves stuck in the family home for years to come despite being in paid works.

The clipped wing generation exists all over the planet, unfortunately. These young people should try hard to become independent. In Brazil young people are also unable to fly away from their comfortable nest!!!

Well,we parents make our best to give our kids a hand whenever they need,don't we ? It is a shame they are most of the time so self-centered that they do not care much about our needs at all !
