Crying is good medicine !

Some scientists have come to the conclusion that crying is good for us because tears reduce tension,remove toxins,and increase the body's ability to heal itself.There are three different types of tears .Did you know that ?

Basal tears ,which keep your eyes lubricated; Reflex tears,produced when our eyes get irritated,like when we are cutting onions while cooking in the kitchen or when something gets into our eyes;and Emotional tears ,which are a response that only humans have.

However,many people prefer not to cry because they believe watery eyes make people believe :

1-You are not a strong person .

2- You  have been pampered by your parents and then you burst into tears just because you cannot get what you want !
