Xmas feasts & New Year's celebrations.

Irresistible tables in front of us can be a great

pleasure or a serious problem.    Do you agree

Well, everybody is invited to special lunches

or dinners in December to celebrate the end

 of the year.     It is nearly impossible  not  to

accept friends' and workmates' invitations to

go to restaurants or bars to exchange gifts ,sit

and chat ,eat and drink as well.

Then it is necessary to make a great effort

not to go into binge eating and drinking,right ?

 Anyway,it is time to celebrate ,isn't it ? If

we pick and choose drinks and food at all

the festivities we go to,there will be no se-

-rious harm and  we  may   finish 2015 in a

good mood !
