Flash floods in Rio de Janeiro and several other

brazilian cities have been causing a lot of trage -

dies ! Drivers and pedestrians must wait for long

hours before reaching their destinations or homes

without running risks of being hurt or having seri-

-ous damages to their cars and transportations.

The sudden heavy rains which flood the streets so

fast could be avoided ,in several areas, if there were

not so much garbage,waste or trash spread all over

the cities,don't you think so ?

Which is the other serious consequence of

flash floods ? Landslides !

Several people have their houses covered with

mud and rocks all of a sudden and some of them

have no time to run away or survive ! It is a real

tragedy which it is difficult to escape, isn't it ?
