Affluenza is a constructed word that combines influenza and affluence (wealth).Some people define affluenza as a painful,contagious,socially transmitted condition of overload,debt,anxiety and waste,resulting from the doggedly pursuit of money.It is also defined as a social disease caused by consumerism,commercialism,and rampant materialism and its antidote is simply living.
