By the way, Chief Mouser Larry is not a character from any book or film! Larry the cat lives at 10 Downing Street. Larry (a 12-year-old tabby) has been living there since 2011. He was brought in this famous address to keep down the local rat population after a rodent was seen scuffing past the door of Number 10 Downing Street. Larry is the latest in a long line of official mousers at Downing Street.
