What a special &

unforgettable day !

All over the world people celebrated the American Supreme Court decision of ruling positively on same sex marriage.

Millions of couples and families were extremely happy . Several countries showed their support  shining the rainbow colors on their buildings.The White House also turned colorful and crowds (supporters of same-sex marriage)stood in front of this landmark to show their great satisfaction with this achievement of the gay right movement.

Facebook friends posted their photos with the rainbow colors as well, due to a device (facebook.com/celebratepride) which Facebook team provided fast and free of charge to make people show their support to this decision . In a flash , lots of nice pictures were posted and like a huge unstoppable wave invaded everybody´s pages.

However this is not  the kind of issue which brings a unanimous acceptance or opinion .It is indeed a controversial matter that causes strong unpredictable reactions.Maybe that´s why the USA president in his speech said :

"The Constitution guarantees marriage equality.In doing so,they have reaffirmed that all Americans are entitled to the equal protection of the law;that all people should be treated equally,regardeless of who they are or who they love.This ruling is a victory for America.This decision affirms what millions of Americans already believe in their hearts.When all Americans are treated as equal,we are all more free."

Well...this historical moment should not be ignored at all ! It gives us the opportunity to sit and talk about this modern type of marriage and family different roles.

When Mr.Obama said : "Love is love " I remembered at once : John Lennon's song named LOVE (click here).

Let´s listen and watch him sing it again.It matches very well with this historical moment,doesn´t it ?
