Saving or spending money in January ?

As soon as the year begins,everybody is

ready to face new challenges .  It is not

easy ,at all ,to resist all the sales and dis-

-counts which are offered by most shops

in the city.

On the other hand,most consumers have

to pay so many extra bills and taxes in Ja-

-nuary that it is advisable and much better

not to spend money buying such bargains

which most of the times are not necessary

at all.

Well,I will make an effort to resist.How
