To dye or not to dye ...?

Inglês Geral

Philosophical question? No !!!

Shakespear's quote ?

No!!! To dye or not to dye your hair ?

It is slimply a question that many people

whose hair turned white must  answer

every month ! Changing  the color of the

hair takes time ,money and patience, too.

In english ,the right verb to use is to dye

the hair.It is a regular verb and it sounds

like the verb to die the opposite of to live.

Its spelling is different which can be a confu-

-sabel word, can't it ?Their pronunciantions do

not sound differently . Then everybody should

watch out  not to have a misunderstanding !

to die,died,died

He died in the middle of the street !

to dye ,dyed,dyed

She needs help to dye her hair every month.

Well,famous actresses keep dying their

hair with different colors, don't they ? Then

many fans try  to follow their looks and sty-

-les. Can you name these actresses  below ?

How different do they look ?

However ,many people do not enjoy dying

their hair at all.It is expensive and it takes

a lot of time to keep the hair nice and beau-

-tiful.

Men ,in general, keep their white hair without

worrying about their looks. Most women admire

white haired men.Do you ? What´s your opinion

about these guys ?Are they only good-looking or

are they talented as well ?

However ,most men do not admire white

haired ladies. They believe they are not

charming at all. They look older and un-

-attractive.What's your opinion about that ?

Last but not least.

The english regular verb paint (-ed) is

used referring to painting walls or pictures.

Painters work with different colors to paint

their pictures.
