Transgender Bathrooms = Gender-neutral restrooms

What are the advantages and disadvantages of having unisex bathrooms ? Why are there so many people worried about the use of transgender bathrooms ? Where can we often find gender-neutral bathrooms ? There has been a lot of criticisms towards this "new" issue,hasn't there ? What's your opinion about it ? Do you believe people must be able to use the bathrooms of their choice ?  Do you think that people who disapprove trangender bathrooms are concerned with users' safety or anything else ?
