If you have an English interview to do soon, don’t be afraid, the questions and the way of thinking of English and Brazilian recruiters are most of the time the same, because of this, pay attention in the following tips:

 

1-      Always have your resume with you, independently of the situation. It should be updated and objective.

2-      Observe your clothes. Clothes tell to the world a little about your way of life and in this case it is essential look like appropriate to that company and position.

3-      Focus on your abilities, frequently the interviewer wants to know how you do the things not only what you do.

4-      Show interest in the position, the day by day of the work, the details of the job. You can’t be interested exclusively in the salary.

5-      Study the company and its fundamental principles. Analyze if these principles match with your personal principles.

6-      Don’t tell lies about your English level or other courses. Sometimes, even at the selection process, you can be tested in your real knowledge.

7-      Serious companies don’t have problems in inform you the major aspects of the job like working your, benefits and others. Ask politely what is important to you.

8-      The interview is a chance to be analyzed and analyze too. Feel how are the company, the interviewer posture and observe the kind of questions. Question yourself if this is the best place to you work.

9-      Don’t forget: politeness and niceness are fundamental in all places.
