1- You are in an airport when you see that your flight will delay many hours and probably will out only at the next day. You go to the closes hotels, but, because the delays, almost all they are full, except one. At the last hotel, your last hope, an attendant asks: “What can I do for you? What do you say?
2- Next day, you return to the airport to your flight. Your travel is very good and you arrive at the sought city. You are waiting your suitcases, but you can’t find them. You go to the administration and an employee comes to help you. How would you tell the story to the employee?
3- At the same airport, an old lady comes to you and asks: “Can you help me? I don’t know where I am and lost my documents, I am not feeling very well”. What do you do?
4- When the employee checks your passport, he distrusts about your last name. To him, maybe you are a terrorist, so, he asks you: “What do you want to do at the United States?” How would you answer the question in this situation?
5- When you finally gets at the hotel, your name isn’t at the reservation list. The attendant says you: “Sorry, but I can’t find your name”. And now, how would you solve this situation?
