No final, no fim das contas e afinal são expressões usadas em português para resumir, salientar ou concluir uma fala ou ideia. When all is said and done aparece na frase em destaque:

When all is said and done, all we want is to have a steady job.
No final das contas, tudo o que queremos é ter um trabalho estável.
